POLICE confiscated a car for 28 days on Friday night after its driver ran into the Margaret River Primary School fence.
Constable Karen Efferille said the local man had been doing burnouts on Georgette Drive when he hit the fence.
Charges will include drink driving, and he will be expected to pay for the damage.
