TWO top WA croquet players have entered the Valentines Tournament being played at the Augusta Croquet Club lawns on February 10, 11 and 12.
Jannine Hawker is currently No. 1 lady and Martin Clarke is No. 2 in WA.
Hawker and Clarke have represented WA in tournaments throughout Australia, and Clarke has also played for Australia overseas.
Entries have also been received from Geraldton, Mandurah, and Bunbury, as well as the Augusta players.
Games will start at 11am on Friday and 8am on Saturday and Sunday, concluding at 2pm Sunday followed by the trophy presentation and afternoon tea.
The Augusta Croquet Club members welcome anyone to come along and enjoy or learn about the game.
Morning and afternoon tea will be available to the public at a small charge.
