This year’s numbers were up by 20, making the club one of the biggest country clubs.

Due to the committee’s amazing organisation the day ran without a hitch and all athletes participated with a great positive attitude.

It was fabulous to see the parents who signed up for various roles to help the season run smoothly.

New athletes to the club spent the day learning the techniques and rules for each event and last year’s athletes tried to match last season’s personal best.

Well done to all involved and a big thank you to the committee for all the hard work in the lead up to Saturday’s meet.

Don’t forget Under 8 girls are on set up duties and need to be at the oval at 8am.
