On Tuesday the Veterans played a bisque par comp and Peter Clift +3 proved the craftiest in the field. Noel Wenman +2 was second.

Women’s golf is played every Wednesday morning and this week’s 9-hole par comp was won by Colleen Marks +3. The 18-hole par comp was won by Leonie Bell -2.

The Cowaramup Agencies 2011 Scroungers Cup final round was played by the men on Thursday.

Mal Bromley 39 had the best score of the day over Preston House 38 but the proud overall winner this year was Billy Pascoe who averaged 36 points – 108!

Mark Worth 107 was also consistent finishing second.

Twilight golf is played every Friday afternoon in summer with players teeing off between 3 and 4pm, and is followed by a free sausage sizzle.

Everyone is welcome and no handicap is required.

On Saturday the Men’s Stableford comp was sponsored by Leeuwin Estate Winery and won by Daniel Hunt 37 over Matt O’Connell 36 and Jim Triglone 36. Tony Byrne was awarded the gross prize 27.

Cody Laskey’s handicap continues to tumble after winning Sunday’s Fermoy Estate Stableford Men’s event with 36, as does Ricky Coates’ who won the Women’s event with 38. Russell Pratt 36 was third overall.
