The judging panel perform a desk-top assessment of the submissions based on criteria including visitor servicing overview, customer service, professional development and tourism involvement, website and online media development, and special events.

Finalists will be announced on August 10, to be followed by the judge’s site visits in August and September.

The announcement of winners will be made in Mandurah on September 20.

The winning entrant will receive an airtime package valued at $25,000 to use in support of their overall marketing activities.
