CLOSE SHAVE: The car wreck on Bussell Highway.
A 17-YEAR-OLD local escaped with cuts and bruises after his car crashed into trees on Bussell Highway on Saturday night. The crash occurred at 11.15pm near Osmington Rd, Cowaramup. The driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle, and police said if there had been someone in the passenger seat they would have been killed. The car was a write-off. Inquiries are continuing.
