Senior journalist Kellie Tannock has joined Zannia Yakas on the editorial team and the Margaret River duo are keen to hear what you'd like to see more (and less!) of in your local paper.
Kellie has a 25-year background in reporting and production for the ABC, commercial television and newspapers.
She has lived in Margaret River for the past two years after a long stint in Broome.
"My husband and I have always had a strong connection with Margaret River so it was a long held dream of ours to raise our three children here," she said.
"Having such a strong involvement in the local community through working with the Mail is a real thrill."
With the Mail's increased online presence and the ability to upload content from almost anywhere, our reporters, advertising and administration staff are now working on a mobile arrangement between their home offices and the Busselton-Dunsborough Mail office.
"Our commitment to the communities of Margaret River and Augusta remains the same," Mail general manager Mandy Gibson said.
"We have a responsibility to deliver newsworthy local content, at the same quality as we have done for the past 28 years."
