THURSDAY UPDATE: Police will continue their search for a woman last seen in Halls Head on Wednesday.
The police helicopter was called in before 9pm last night with reports the woman was last seen in a distressed state on Montego Way in Halls Head.
The woman was not located during the helicopter search with police on the ground to take over on Thursday morning.
At this stage, it is unclear if the woman was involved in any form of altercation before she was last seen.
She is described as fair skinned, approximately 20-25 years of age with blonde hair that has pink streaks.
She is approx. 5 ft 2 inch tall, of a slim build and was last seen wearing dark coloured jeans, a light-coloured crochet top and was barefoot with some tattoos on her feet.

WEDNESDAY: THE police air wing has been called to Mandurah for the second time this week.
Officers are conducting a search for a woman last seen in Halls Head.
Police said the incident is not linked to a particular offence.
Rather, they are concerned for the woman's welfare following a report from a member of the public which suggested the woman was in some distress.
Inquiries continue.
