BUNBURY cuisine will be on show at the Margaret River Gourmet Escape next month with the talented team from Roelands Village and the Outback Academy cooking up a storm.
Organised by Woolkabunning Kiaka, a feast of bush flavours in contemporary international cuisine will be prepared to tempt the senses by renowned Aboriginal chef Mark Olive and Josh Whiteland from award winning South West business Koomal Dreaming.
The event will be supported by Aboriginal hospitality students from various High Schools as well as the Outback Academy apprentices and students.
There will also be a Noongar art exhibition as well as the music from Gina Williams and Guy Ghouse who are able to capture the hearts and imagination of an audience through song.
All proceeds from the event will go towards the Outback Academy hospitality program which encourages Aboriginal people to consider a career in hospitality, tourism and events.
Tickets to the November 21 lunch at the South West Institute of Technology Margaret River campus are now on sale.
