HULA Hoop lovers will gather this Saturday in Margaret River for a day of hoop dance workshops, yoga and collaboration.
As a part of the HoopLovers Comes to Town event, award winning hoop dance teacher Deanna Love is coming from Melbourne to run the workshops.
“We are very lucky to have Deanne coming to share all her hoop dance wisdom with us,” event organiser Nicole Brown said.
“Deanne has inspired and coached thousands of people around the world into picking up a hula hoop and to get their body moving.”
Hoop dance is rapidly becoming popular with people of all ages, with children to adults encouraged to participate.
All levels of hoop experience will be catered for with the day commencing with yoga by Amy Morice and ending with a healthy afternoon tea and hoop jam.
Workshops will run from 10am-2.15pm at the Margaret River Recreation Centre.
