A 47-year-old man has been charged by police over the death of a Collie man in November.
Police allege the man was riding a Triumph Rocket 2300cc motorbike along Throssell Street just before 8.25pm on November 27, when he ran up the back of a Harley Davidson 1200cc ridden by a 55-year-old Collie man.
The 55-year-old was flown to Royal Perth Hospital with serious head injuries and died a month later on December 28.
The 47-year-old, also from Collie, suffered leg injuries and was later released from hospital.
He was charged with dangerous driving, occasioning death, and is due to appear in the Collie Magistrates Courts on February 18.
Police want anyone who saw the crash or either of the motor cycles prior to the crash to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
