Perth detectives found four kilos of methamphetamine when they raided a unit on Adelaide Terrace on Friday.
Police say officers had a search warrant for the unit and found the drugs hidden in the roof cavity.
A 41-year-old Victorian man has been charged with possession of a drug with intent to sell or supply.
He's due in court on March 3rd.
