Major Crash Investigators are seeking public information to assist them with their investigation into a serious crash in Prevelly on Monday, April 20, 2015.
About 7:15am, a white Kia Pregio panel van travelling west on Wallcliffe Road collided with a white Toyota truck travelling east on the same road, near the intersection of Woodich and Isaacs Road.
Both male drivers, aged 60 and 54 years of age, received serious injuries in the crash and were airlifted by the RAC Rescue Helicopter to Royal Perth Hospital.
Major Crash Investigators would like to speak to anyone who saw the crash or either vehicle prior to the crash.
