Two drivers were airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital.
Police have advised road access between Margaret River and Gnarabup/Prevelly is expected to restored by approximately 6.30pm tonight, April 20.
Access was blocked this morning following a two vehicle accident on Wallcliffe Road west of Wilderness Road intersection.
A truck collided with a van trapping two people in their vehicles this morning in Margaret River.
RAC Rescue was sent to the scene along with career and volunteer Fire and Rescue Service fire fighters from Margaret River, Dunsborough and Bunbury.
Both drivers were extracted and airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital, arriving shortly after 11am.
There has been no details of their injuries yet.
