MARGARET River children will soon have a new place to enjoy with Little Monsters Play Centre set to open by the end of the month.
The town’s first indoor play centre at 3/40 Station Road, Margaret River is the brainchild of Joe and Sophie Forte who have been working to get everything ready since September.
Speaking to the Mail, Mr Forte said he moved to Margaret River with his wife and two daughters, Isabelle and Maya and saw an opening in the market.
“This project has come out of a desire to not work for anyone else anymore,” he said.
“When we moved here we noticed Margaret River had nothing similar to this so it has been exciting to bring something new.”
The 500 square metre play centre features an impressive two level play structure to keep the youngsters active.
It also contains two themed party rooms and a café sanctuary for mum and dad.
“I really want this to be a place for kids to come and exhaust themselves,” he said.
“Once we open we will be able to cater for a lot of birthday parties seven days a week and are excited that in winter we can keep the fun going.”
Mr Forte said he was planning a big opening weekend with plenty for everyone to enjoy.
