Jazz songstress and local lass Cassandra Charlick will grace the stage at Morries this Friday from 9pm as part of their winter jazz series which kicked off in July.
The honey-voiced Charlick said she has not stopped being asked when the next jazz evening will be held.
“The evenings have been so well received by both the local community and visitors to the region,” she said.
“The opening night was brilliant, and ever since Morries have been providing Margaret River with something very different throughout winter with an intimate late night jazz bar.
“Good food, good wine, world class cocktails and live jazz – what a great way to spend a Friday evening when it's cold and dark outside!”
Charlick will be joined this week by Augusta local Kevin McDonald on double bass and Denmark-based David Rastrick on trumpet.
“I'm incredibly lucky to have such talented musicians down here to work with; after spending 8 years in London its a very different environment but I wouldn't change a thing,” she said.
