Yoga enthusiasts and health conscious foodies keen to take part in the fun of Gourmet Escape have a special event to look forward to at Watershed Wines this year thanks to global hotel chain COMO.
On the morning of Saturday November 19, COMO Shambhala yoga instructor Stephanie Johnson will lead an invigorating vinyasa yoga class on the lawns overlooking Watershed’s stunning vineyards.
“After the class, participants will be invited to join us for the iconic COMO Shambhala breakfast, consisting of our COMO Shambhala juice, nut and seed ‘real toast’ with crushed avocado, tomato and cucumber,” Ms Johnson said.
