Emergency services have been called to Gracetown this morning after a surfing accident was reported at Lefthanders carpark.
A woman has been taken to Royal Perth Hospital following the incident.
DFES State Emergency Service (SES) volunteers attended the scene before the RAC rescue helicopter transported the woman to Perth.
