Local Jacqui Simons has stepped into a new chapter in life with the launch of her counselling service, and says she is excited to share her naturally positive and encouraging nature with her fellow community members.
“I’ve always been a grounded, pretty grateful human being and I’ve tended to be that person everyone goes to for advice and to have a chat about life,” Ms Simons said.
“I wanted to formalise some of that experience with training and qualifications that will allow me to take that sense of positivity further, either in one-on-one sessions, group workshops or even at schools.
“No matter how insignificant your story might feel, it is so very important to talk to someone, it feels so good to talk and share and learn from our fellow humans.”
