River Cottage star and chef Paul West will return to Margaret River this month to take over the Voyager Estate kitchen for two special dinner events.
Voyager Cellar Door manager Janine Carter said the Estate was delighted to welcome Mr West back to the region.
“Paul first visited in 2013 as part of Gourmet Escape; we had just planted our kitchen garden and his advice was invaluable,” Ms Carter said.
“We kept in touch and finally found an opportunity for him to visit to present his style of dining.”
Diners at the three-course dinner events will hear Mr West speak on his time on River Cottage Australia, his advice for living sustainably and will have the chance to ask questions of the chef.
“Paul is now described as the poster boy for organic food and sustainable farming,and we applaud his efforts in raising consciousness around eating well by sourcing quality produce from your local area, or growing your own.”
Tickets for the events on Friday February 3 and Saturday February 4 are $130 per person, with wine matched to each course included.
