Television star and chef Paul West was in town over the weekend to host two events at Voyager Estate. Guests were treated to an up close and personal experience with West as he took time to sit at each table throughout the evening, chatting with diners and fans.
Voyager’s Janine Carter said the evenings began with drinks in the kitchen garden.
“We moved indoors for a 4-course dinner, where Paul shared stories from River Cottage Australia and answered questions.
“He had a fantastic time in the region, and was so impressed with the quality of produce and the beauty of the region.”
“It was the first in what we hope to be a series of ‘In Residence’ dinners with guest chefs."
