MRIS students Kirra Heussenstamm, Mali Rosman and Sana Evans represented the Culture of their Choice in fine style at Harmony Day celebrations.
The colourful diversity of costumes was a highlight of Harmony Day held at Margaret River Independent School on Tuesday.
Students were invited to come to school dressed in a “Culture of your Choice” and pay a gold coin donation for the privilege of celebrating “the beauty and diversity of our world”.
The students raised over $90 which will be donated to the school’s sponsor child, Hassan Islam from Jerusalem.
A wide range of cultures were represented on the day, including China, New Zealand, Germany, India, Hawaii and France.
