By the end of his first chat with the agent about Midnight, Guy Filmer was sold.
"I was just enquiring about it really," he says.
"By the end of the conversation I'd already put a hold on the property.
"The way that it was presented was stunning. I wanted to be a part of it."
From the apartment itself, to the architecture, to the pub downstairs, everything suited Filmer, who has bought a one-bedroom apartment at the development.
He likes everything about the place, from the floor-to-ceiling windows in his apartment and the open-plan design to the surround-sound system.
"Even the shared facilities, like the sexy pool and the foyer - they're outstanding," Filmer says.
"I'm excited about being close to everything," says Filmer, for whom the inner city location of the home was key.
"I like it being busy."
The commercial aspects of the building were a real draw for Filmer.
"I like the fact that it's commercial without being intrusive of the residential side," he says, "I'll be able to walk downstairs and get a beer without getting my head wet."
Filmer has no plans to do things by halves when it comes to moving into his new home.
"I'll be working with a few of my friends who are designers," he says, "I'll be getting it right the first time, I want it to be super sexy."
With completion expected in two years, Guy has a bit of a wait, but far from getting him down, it means he has time up his sleeve.
"Hopefully I'll have a Mr by then," he jokes.
