Jim Taylor was the overall winner of two events this week.
He was awarded best player at the veterans 9 hole stableford with a score of 20 points on Tuesday as well as the Friday Mixed 9 hole Stableford, scoring 23 points.
Second place on Tuesday went to Peter Brennan (19) followed by Colin Andrews (18 c/b).
Val Meleri was best lady and overall second at Fridays Mixed.
International member Jean McCarthy received third price with 18 points on a count back from Rosemary Basford.
Rosemary also scored best women’s golfer at the Kings Tours & Travel Women’s Openings Stableford with a score of 38.
Judy Anderson won second price (35) and Rosie Burnett third with one point less.
Val Meleri won the 9 hole competition with 18 points.
The Thursday Scroungers was won by an electric Mark Kevill with 39 points, Brian Seed scored one point less to come second on a count back from Peter Joyce, who seems well recovered from injuries.
Mike Lawson just beat Mike Skivinis on a count back to score best at the Yallingup Yobs Mens 18 hole stableford, both on 41 points.
Donny Bredenkamp was awarded third place.
It was a close battle during the Morries Mixed 18 Hole stableford.
Pierre Every just beat Billy Taplin on a count back, both on 37 points, and Marc Halsall just got the better of Rhonda Hearn, best lady golfer, on a count back (35).
