The Margaret River Chocolate Company has backed up its Perth Royal Show haul this week with a nod to marriage equality, releasing a limited edition rainbow coloured pack of its popular milk chocolate pastelles.
The 100g rainbow box retails for $4.95, with $2 from each sale going directly to the Yes campaign for marriage equality ahead of the upcoming postal ballot.
The Margaret River Chocolate Company’s Patrick Coward said the brightly packaged chocolates also provided supporters of the campaign with a small but welcome token they could drop on the desks of colleagues or with friends to encourage them to vote Yes.
The rainbow pastelles are available at the company’s two factories in Margaret River and the Swan Valley and at The Margaret River Chocolate Company’s city store in Murray Street.
