Domino’s Margaret River is on the hunt for ten new team members, with store franchisee Raj Pandher keen to add to the growing crew.
Ms Pandher has recruited 15 new team members since taking over the store 12 months ago and says she still has room for more.
“I have been very well supported since I came to town, we have had lots of people coming into the store just to say ‘well done’ and encourage us to keep working hard,” she said.
“We want to expand our team of happy, motivated and dedicated staff with a passion for providing the best possible service to our customers.”
Ms Pandher said the lifestyles and educational pursuits of many locals meant shorter and flexible shifts, opening up opportunities for more team members to come on board.
“We’re an all-inclusive, fun and friendly group of people who believe in treating all our staff members with respect.
“We also believe in promoting from within and offer various training and development opportunities.”
Ms Pandher began her career with Domino’s as a customer service representative five years ago while also studying Business Management, and quickly moved her way up the corporate ladder.
She said one of the highlights of running the Margaret River store was a true sense of community, and the chance to be involved with local fundraising opportunities.
“We strongly believe in giving back to the community that has supported us so strongly this past year.”
“If you are involved with any sporting organisation, club or school, and are looking for fundraising or sponsorship support, please come in and see us as we’d be more than happy to help.”
Ms Pandher said the store was looking to recruit from a range of age groups and experience levels and encouraged anyone to apply.
“We’re looking for people who are passionate about great pizza, great customer service, and being part of a great team, too.”
