South West songstress Cassandra Charlick is looking forward to a busy festive season, with a packed calendar of performance dates around the region.
Charlick, who has been wooing local audiences with her smooth vocals and talented jazz accompanists at supper club-style shows of late, said she was keen to embrace the season’s celebratory vibes.
“I can’t wait, Christmas shows are heaps of fun and there are lots of people in town, spirits are high and it’s hard not to get caught up in the celebrations,” she said.
The busy singer will kick off Christmas tomorrow night at Caves House in Yallingup, before a Christmas jazz show at Morries on Friday December 22.
She will then venture down the hill to Settlers Tavern for The Electro Swing Thing with Dave Rastrick, Kevin McDonald and Sean Lillico and Gary Larkin.
Christmas Eve has Charlick at the Tavern again, where revellers can Swing Into Christmas Eve on the verandah from 3.30pm, with Rastrick and McDonald joining the vocalist once again.
“I’m also playing the New Years Eve Cruise on the Reef Prince in Dunsborough with Kimberley Expeditions on December 30, which will be very cool!”
With little time to spare between shows, Charlick and her band will then head to Leeuwin Estate for their sold-out New Years Eve Degustation Dinner.
