Witchcliffe’s Hardware Creative hosted the town’s Bohemian Summer Fashion Soiree on Friday night, where local designers and artisans gathered to show their wares and celebrate the summer season.
Curated by Hardware Creative resident Wildfire Vintage Clothing Hire, the evening featured a runway show by local labels Banjo & Belle, Sunny & Sahara and Featherhorn, plus pieces for hire by Wildfire Vintage.
The event also included a pop up night market with a range of local artisans including Under Our Sun, Seven Seas Tea, Savi Organics, Arlewood Estate and Alkoomy.
Hardware Creative’s Lauren Trickett said the team were looking forward to hosting more events across a range of styles in coming months.
The coworking space on Bussell Highway has become a vibrant hub of creativity, where Trickett bases herself alongside Wildfire Vintage, Art Print Collective by Tony Warrilow and Redgate Weddings.
“We offer working studio space for local creative businesses, photographic studio space, a gallery area, pop up hot desks for day use and mini workshops or meetings, plus a large industrial workspace for anyone wanting a venue to hold art workshops on a larger scale,” Trickett said.
“It is also a fabulous diverse venue for small unique curated events, such as the Soiree on Friday night.
“Anyone interested in holding workshops or becoming a resident creative can get in contact with us to discuss options.”
Hardware Creative’s gallery space is open Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm, Saturday from 10am to 3pm.
