It was the three-day winner-takes-all showdown between Scott McLaughlin and Holden rival Shane van Gisbergen.
Tension was high on the circuit as McLaughlin and van Gisbergen chased each other through the streets of Newcastle for the 2018 Supercars championship title.
As the titans battled it out on the ashphalt, the real action was trackside where fans gathered to see their favourite drivers fight it our for the top spot.
