Attention local singers and performers; the Margaret River Theatre Group will hold auditions for their latest production next Wednesday evening, and director Ian Smith is encouraging everyone to try out.
"You might not consider yourself a singer - or you may be an experienced vocalist with a few shows under your belt," he said.
"We are welcoming anyone who can carry a tune and would like to be part of a fun, team-oriented production to come along and audition."
'We Love Hollywood' will be performed in June, following the group's sellout 'We Love...' series' which have seen local musicians singing favourites from Broadway and Disney.
The shows are held in a cabaret setting, with intimate tables available to audience members for a special evening out.
"This time we are focusing on hits from the movies, specifically songs that have resonated with us all and tell a story that snaps you back to those films instantly," said Mr Smith.
"We've been compiling our hit list of songs and let's just say there is something for everyone of every age - and every taste in movies!"
Auditions are on Wed March 27 at the MR Community Centre from 6.30pm for people 16+.
Auditionees are encouraged to prepare one song to sing unaccompanied, or bring a backing track.
