Margaret River Roller Derby skaters will welcome some of the State's strongest roller derby competitors to town this weekend.
Held at the Margaret River Recreation Centre, round three of the Boom State Clash will be held over the weekend of July 27 and 28 and will see the teams battle for glory and bragging rights.
Eight games of roller derby will be played in the superhero themed tournament, bringing teams from as far as Perth, Albany, Geraldton and Bunbury to town to battle it out. Dress ups are encouraged for spectators and supporters at the family-friendly bouts, which have gained a reputation for a fun and entertaining sporting experience for all ages.
Food and bar facilities will be available at the Recreation Centre. Passes ($10 adults, $5 kids, kids under 10 free) offer unlimited access to the tournament all weekend, and include an epic superhero afterparty.
