A 31-year-old man charged over a murder at a property in Western Australia's south will stand trial.
Samuel Darryl Riley, also 31, was found dead in his West Busselton home on October 30, 2018.
Benjamin John Elliott faced Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on Wednesday via video link from prison where he pleaded not guilty to murdering Mr Riley some time between October 29 and 30.
He will make his first appearance in the WA Supreme Court on October 7.
