The Vasse Markets are being revived with a bunch of new initiatives to bring back its popularity of year's gone by.
To help kick start the markets new lease of life, free tables are being offered to stallholders on Saturday September 21, 2019.
Market organisers Kat Gibbs and Brooke Hopkins said it was a great opportunity for new and experienced marketers to showcase their skills, and for the community and tourists to pick up a bargain or treasure.
"The markets owner Deb Gibb, has had a run of bad luck with her health, so the stallholders have come together to help keep the market going until Deb is recovered," they said.
The Vasse Markets have been a South-West must-do for almost 30 years, providing the community and tourists with fresh produce, handmade gifts, clothing, eco-friendly cleaning and personal products, plants, Thermomixes, wool products, secondhand goods, crystals and various other interesting items.
The next market will be held at the Vasse Community Hall on Saturday September 21, a sausage sizzle and delicious eats will be available from the markets kitchen Cafe De Vasse.
If you would like to host a table at the markets please email Kat Gibbs at sbmt@outlook.com, or Brooke Hopkins at brookalina23@hotmail.com, or visit facebook.com/thevassemarkets/ for more information.
