The Cowaramup Tennis Club held its AGM earlier this month to set the fees and agenda for the upcoming season.
It was decided that the fees would stay the same to encourage individuals and families to come along and enjoy their tennis.
The Club was also pleased to present Janelle Leiper with Life Membership for her outstanding work on behalf of the Club.
Over the years Leiper has coached juniors, helped with grant applications, organised Ladies night, been on the committee - twice, acted as Treasurer and has made coffee at the Sunday Sundowners in Cowaramup for years.
Leiper joins Colin Russell who was also awarded Life Membership at the Club's wind up.
Russell has been a member of the Club since he was a junior and has also been on the committee - twice. He has been Vice President and is currently President. He works tirelessly for the Club and does whatever is necessary.
The Tennis Club is also pleased to again be teaming up with Pablo from Margaret River Tennis Academy to offer junior coaching and Cardio Tennis on Tuesday afternoons and evenings as well as Wednesday mornings.

This year, in addition to the Monday night Mixed and the Tuesday night Ladies, the Club is going to try and get a Men's competition running on Wednesday night.
