Flemington's Birdcage will play host to families - and a contingent of AFL footballers - on Stakes Day.
A number of marquees in the invite-only Birdcage will close for the final and most relaxed race day, dubbed Family Day.
Tabcorp, however, will be busy hosting Bulldogs Tory Dickson, Lachie Hunter and Mitch Wallis, Carlton's Patrick Cripps, Richmond half-back Nick Vlaustin and Bomber Dyson Heppell.
Away from the 'millionaire's row', Essendon's Tom Bellchambers will spend the day with Hawk Jack Gunston and his girlfriend Dani Shreeve at the Mumm marquee, which is also hosting fashionista Lindy Klim, her husband Adam Ellis and her four children.
Klim will be a guest judge of the Fashions on the Field family racewear competition as well as boys and girls racewear categories for young entrants aged six to 17.
"I have the hardest task out of all the judges," Klim told AAP earlier this week.
"I don't want to break anyone's heart, they're so sweet these children."
Klim said she would consider how age-appropriately each child is dressed.
"It's difficult, which I'm finding now with my 13-year-old, to make sure that she's not dressing older than she actually is and that's really hard to do," she said of daughter Stella.
"Trying to get that balance right, that's a challenge for sure."
