Festivals and events, indigenous, multicultural and historical events and exhibitions, community gatherings, events and celebrations will also be supported as part of the program.
Augusta Margaret River Shire chief executive officer Stephanie Addison-Brown said she hoped the Margaret River HEART Culture and Arts Grants would support many projects to get off the ground in 2020.
"Margaret River is home to a diverse creative community, and is well known for its prevalent arts and culture," Ms Addison-Brown said.
"We are really excited that the Shire can play an integral role in supporting, facilitating and strengthening the development of culture and arts at the community's brand new Margaret River HEART facility in 2020."
Under the grants program, there will be a funding pool of $150,000 available per year. The Shire has allocated $100,000 for the remainder of the current financial year for programs between February and December 2020.
