The long awaited clash between the AMRzons and the Margaret River Masters will take place on Friday September 10, to raise funds for cancer charity, River Angels.
The match will see the teams face off from 6pm at Gloucester Park in front of family, friends and supporters who gather to enjoy a day of community fun.
"In September, River Angels will be celebrating 10 years of service to locals with cancer," Lynda Donovan said.
"The AMRzons have been with us for five of those years. They have played four spectacular games of footy over 5 years and have raised close to $36000," she said, noting the generous contributions from local businesses as well as major sponsors, Priceline and the Lions Club.
"The players are now embedded in River Angels history, not only for the funds they have raised but because they showcase the best attributes of our town.
"They all come from different sections of our community and most have volunteered for us in some capacity, so they understand how important the support is for our families.
"The annual game and raffle are both eagerly anticipated each year. The number of businesses that donate to the raffle each year is a demonstration of the caring, supportive, tight knit town we live in."
As part of the fundraising efforts, baked goods and raffle tickets will be on sale in front of NewsXpress Margaret River from 7am on Saturday, August 28.
