Pfizer tests COVID-19 treatment
Pfizer has started testing its potential COVID-19 treatment as a preventive medicine aimed at warding off the virus if a close contact gets it.
The drug maker said on Monday it would study the pill it was developing in combination with a low dose of the HIV drug ritonavir in people who were at least 18 years old and lived in the same household with someone who was infected.
Pfizer planned to enroll 2660 people in the late-stage study.
No Sydney and NSW TrainLink trains
Sydney train commuters will need to find another way of getting around on Tuesday as drivers strike for better pay and conditions.
Train drivers will stop working across Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink from 9am until 1pm as part of ongoing industrial action.

R Kelly, the R&B superstar known for his anthem I Believe I Can Fly, has been convicted in a sex trafficking trial after decades of avoiding criminal responsibility for numerous allegations of misconduct with young women and children.
A jury of seven men and five women found Kelly guilty of racketeering on their second day of deliberations.
