Locals over 50 looking to expand their knowledge and learn new skills can choose from 25 courses available through the Margaret River University of the Third Age (U3A) next semester.
Semester One kicks off in February 2022 and offers twelve brand new topics along with past favourites.
Nine new course leaders will share their knowledge, skills and enthusiasm on topics about which they are passionate.
New courses include fun exercise such as bootscooting and gentle Salsa dancing.
Also new on the course list is Fred Affleck's history of Western Australia's Railways which Fred Affleck, called Heroes, Rogues and Riches.
U3A President Jenny Bunbury said she hoped the offerings provided a subject that would interest everybody.
"Your can Learn to Play Bridge with Margaret Moir and Janet Dufall, while community 'Sing Along to the 60's' is to be held in the Cowaramup Hall on Wednesdays once a month.
"And another art history course, 'Women Artists' are among the new offerings."
U3A also offers monthly 'one off' events with guest speakers or group activities.
These events are generally free of charge to members, and include talks from guest presenters and visits to interesting places in the district.
Next year will see the group celebrate its 10th birthday with a soiree during April. More details will be available closer to the date.
"We know that many of you value the social interaction that these events and our courses offer.
"Remember U3A is for anyone 50 or over and Augusta residents are invited to join and attend."
