WA Police have arrested and charged a 27-year-old female in Margaret River.
The woman arrived in WA from the Northern Territory on Wednesday, 22 December 2021 and was directed to self-quarantine at a suitable premises for 14 days.
It will be alleged the woman was not at her registered suitable premises when officers from the Self-Quarantine Assurance Team completed a compliance check on Wednesday, 28 December.
It will be further alleged the woman failed to complete her 48-hour COVID-19 test and failed to wear a mask.
The woman was located in Margaret River and has been charged with 3 x fail to comply with a direction.
The woman is being conveyed to Perth Watch House where she will undertake a COVID-19 test.
She will appear in the Perth Magistrates Court tomorrow, Thursday 30 December 2021.
