Margaret River's Arc of Iris restaurant owner Sarah Griffiths does not sit still for long.
After the recent re-opening of the reinvented Arc venue, which saw the restaurant expand across two locations on Bussell Highway, the self-described 'unlikely entrepreneur' has somehow found time to write and publish a top-selling book.
'The Unlikely 7 Figure Entrepreneur', which jumped to Number 1 in the United States on launch day, covers Griffiths' own journey to achieve what she has today and focuses on a type of treatment called rapid transformation therapy (RTT).
"RTT is based on neuroscience and is a powerful tool for thought disruption," she said.
"Your thoughts create your actions so, if I change and disrupt your current thought pattern I change and disrupt your behaviour pattern too.
"I rapidly uncover and then remove the toxic beliefs and perceptions you have that are keeping you stuck.
"In neuroplasticity terms, I immediately create a new superhighway telling your brain how to think and behave in a totally new way that actually serves you," explained Griffiths.

After the Arc of Iris re-opening, Griffiths caught a plane to LA to launch her book, where she interviewed actress Brooke Shields, discussing the importance of investing in oneself.
The UK-born businesswoman is currently in her country of birth, catching up with family and friends, and is looking forward to heading home to the South West, where she has launched a new 6 week RTT program.
"I'm looking forward to a log fire and some hearty dinners at the Arc!
"I love the south west when it cools off a bit, and while my staff are super capable looking after everything whilst I'm away, I'm looking forward to running a few exciting events from the Arc, including hosting weddings, wine tastings and developing our live music gigs, now that we have the re-vamped venue we can accommodate these experiences."
