The Margaret River TAFE Education Campus annual Visual Art Exhibition was launched last week. Cookery, hospitality, music, viticulture and visual art students combined their skills to present a beautiful evening.
Art lecturer Deanne Haddow thanked cookery lecturers Amanda Smith, Kelly Dickinson and students, hospitality lecturer Gita-Hofmann-Ketharanathan, viticulture lecturer Charlotte Brown and music student Jarrad Eddy.
Lecturers Deanne Haddow and Kay Gibson said they were very pleased with the standard of the work which included sculpture, painting, printmaking, textiles and drawing.
Ms Haddow commended the students and college for supporting online learning, when face to face delivery was discontinued due to the global pandemic. "Students worked from home and checked in regularly to Zoom meetings and were able to access short tutorials which kept them on track with their projects."
The exhibition is in the Margaret River TAFE Foyer, Mon - Fri 9am - 4pm until Wednesday 2 December.
