The region's northern suburbs continue to be a hit with buyers, with a Scarborough property achieving a record sale price.
The property located at 427 Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Scarborough sold for $2,310,000.
The house sold to a Sydney buyer earlier this month, after 59 days on the market.
It was on the market for the first time in 15 years.
According to Pricefinder records, the previous sale price record for Scarborough was $2.3 million in 2017.
