Margaret River bushfire emergency: Some residents can return home

UPDATE 2.00pm Saturday

  • People who live in the advice and all clear areas are allowed to return to their properties.
  • Bussell Highway remains closed due to heavy smoke in the area.
  • People are asked to avoid non-essential travel to the area.
  • Motorists are urged to take extreme care and drive to conditions.
  • Western Power has advised 37 properties in Boranup and Kudardup are without power.
