GALLERY: Behind the scenes look at a Fiesta brew for the Margaret River Gourmet Escape

Eagle Bay Brewery hosted a special behind the scenes brewing day ahead of their Long Table Fiesta Gourmet Escape Event, held in conjunction with el Publico.

Co head brewer Nick d’Espeissis collaborated with head chef of el Publico Sam Ward to create a beer that will be made exclusively for the dinner and on tap all weekend at the Gourmet Escape Village.

Inspired by the Mexican fiesta theme, the brew aspires to complement the vibrant flavours of the sold out four course meal.

Together, the team united chilies and the cactus Agave as just some of the ingredients to create this one of a kind beverage.

Both the beer and menu for the weekend will feature local produce from the Great Southern and Margaret River wine region.

Tickets are still available to the Gourmet Village at Leeuwin Estate where the precious drop will be awaiting on Saturday November 22 and Sunday November 23.
