The new addition to the menu is in keeping with the collaborative theme behind the long table lunches, which sees the Margaret River Farmers Market partner with Tafe cooking students to deliver a fortnightly Saturday event.

“Bookings are going well; I think the public are loving the interaction with the students and also their teachers,” said Farmers Market coordinator Kat Lombardo.
“It's a wonderful thing to hear backgrounds to the inspiration.
“You also get to hear the influence on the table settings, as every week it is different and there is a tight budget so art is sneaking into the equation too, in a way.
Ms Lombardo said the market stallholders were passionately supportive of the collaboration.
“The stallholders love it! They can share info with the students about their produce and get feedback about it also after the event.
“It really is an outstanding collaboration being coordinated so brilliantly by Amanda, Gita and Kelly,” she said.
