Billed as an interpretational musical celebration of the the life and music of one of music’s most loved and heartbreaking characters, Pearl – The Janis Joplin Story will land at The River this Friday.
Featuring internationally renowned Australian singer Cass Eager, the show weaves a story across 20 of Joplin’s hit songs, through her journey to become the queen of rock & roll to joining the infamous 27 Club in 1970.
Joplin left audiences speechless with unforgettable hits like “Cry Baby” and “Me and Bobby McGee.”, “Move Over” and many more.
Presented by Arts Margaret River, the show will kick off at 7pm on Friday June 15 at The River Hotel, Wallcliffe Road.
Unreserved cabaret table seating will be available.
