Aldi took out supermarket of the year while Commonwealth Bank was named major bank of the year in Roy Morgan's annual customer satisfaction awards.
More than 60,000 Australians were surveyed throughout 2023 and rated how satisfied they were with the companies they dealt with.
Aussie Broadband won the "best of the best" title with the highest customer satisfaction of all 38 category winners at 97.5 per cent, and won both mobile phone service provider and internet service provider of the year.
It was closely followed by car manufacturer Skoda on 97.1 per cent, liquor store Dan Murphy's on 96.1 per cent and Aldi on 95.7 per cent.
"The business and brands featured in Roy Morgan's 'best of the best' customer satisfaction award have outperformed all rivals from within their respective industries as well as other companies across the 38 different categories of winners," Roy Morgan CEO Michele Levine said.
"Congratulations to all annual customer satisfaction award winners highlighted here and we look forward to seeing which companies can retain their high ratings and continue providing excellent customer satisfaction over the next year."
