Last Monday, 27 cyclists rode from Dunsborough to Augusta on an eight-day trek in support of cancer care services in WA.
Cyclists rode 95kms of rolling roads, spoke with local community groups, the Leeuwin Lions Club and CWA Augusta, and were treated to morning tea at the Margaret River Chocolate Co.
The Red Sky Riders celebrated the 10th year of the event, as they rode 1000 kilometres to raise funds for the SolarisCare Cancer Support Centres.
Cancer patients and their families throughout Margaret River, Vasse, Augusta and the South West region travelling to Perth and Bunbury for treatment access the free support services provided by the SolarisCare Centres to help with the emotional and physical impact of cancer.
