A man has been taken to hospital after being assaulted at a pub in Margaret River last night.
Police were called to the car park of a pub located on Wallcliffe Road, Margaret River, just after midnight after reports of a man being assaulted.
It is believed the 29 year old male victim was involved in an altercation when he was punched to the side of the head and fell to the ground, hitting his head.
He was taken to Margaret River Hospital before being transferred to Bunbury Hospital. Police said that the extent of his injuries were currently unknown.
